How can I book an appointment for a Covid-19 test?
You can book via the online booking tool.
What information do you need to book an appointment?
When you book an appointment for a Covid-19 test, we need the following information. If you are a Spanish resident, enter your DNI or NIE number. If you do not have a DNI or NIE number, enter your passport number in the field below.
o First and last name (as stated in the passport)
o Date of birth
o Passport number (document number)
o Mobile number (you will receive an SMS with the code to open the result)
o E-mail address (you will receive the results on this)
Can I also drop by without an appointment?
Yes, it is possible to drop by without an appointment. Please note that the waiting time without an appointment may be longer. We therefore recommend booking an hour before arrival.
Can I book an appointment for more than 1 person?
Each group member should book an appointment separately. You must also take the time to fill out the form correctly to ensure that you are in our system on arrival.
Can I change my appointment?
Yes, follow the instructions in the confirmation email you receive.
How can I cancel the agreement?
Follow the instructions in the confirmation email you receive. You can select a different date and time.
How do I pay?
We currently only accept payment via card.
How can I get a discount for PCR testing?
If you booked your trip through a charter company, you may be entitled to a discount. Ask the charter provider.
When do I get the test result?
Test results for antigen tests can be expected to be ready after 30 minutes. In 95% of cases, you will receive the results within 24 hours. Test results for PCR tests will be available within 24 hours. In some cases it can take up to 48 hours.
What should I do if I have not received an SMS code?
It is possible that the e-mail ends up in your spam, we recommend that you check your spam folder. In addition, it is important to double check your e-mail address and telephone number when scheduling a Covid-19 test. If you have already received your e-mail, but no SMS code, please fill out and send an e-mail to support@validahealth.dk. You can expect a response within 1 hour.
Can I still change my contact information?
No, make a new appointment. We place great emphasis on the security of your personal information. If the contact information changes after the test has been performed, we can no longer guarantee this. Therefore, we can no longer change this data after the test moment.
Do you offer a travel certificate and is it recognized?
You will receive a free travel certificate when you book a PCR test or antigen test. The condition for this is of course that you have tested negative for Covid-19. This is a recognized travel certificate. Check the requirements for the destination country and the airline you are flying with.
How do I receive the travel certificate / how do I open the travel certificate?
The test and travel certificate is the same, as long as you remember to fill in your passport number upon registration. It will be sent to your e-mail address and via SMS. When you receive the certificate, you'll have to login with your phone number and date of birth, whereafter you'll receive a confirmation code. When you open the result, you have the option to download / print it.
There is incorrect information on my certificate, can it be changed?
If the information on your certificate is incorrect, please fill out this form. You can expect a response within 1 hour. They will make sure that the data is corrected. We therefore recommend that you check the data before the test and fill it in as completely as possible.
In which languages is the certificate available?
The certificate is issued by default in English.
What kind of tests do you offer?
We offer RT-qPCR testing and antigen testing. Both the PCR and antigen test meets performance standards of ≥97% specificity, ≥80% sensitivity at viral loads above 100,000 copies/ml.
Which testbrands do you use?
We use the Roche SARS-CoV-2 Rapid Antigen test and the Bioteke PCR test.
How much does a PCR test and antigen test cost?
• A PCR test costs 70€, a free travel certificate is included with the test.
• The antigen test will be 25€ and a free travel certificate will be included.
How do I know where to find the test site?
The addresses available will be listed on the website and in the confirmation email
How many days before my trip do I need to be tested?
It depends on the destination. We recommend checking the local guidelines for your travel destination.
If the test is positive?
If the rapid test is positive, you will be diagnosed with PCR test. If your PCR test is positive, you will be contacted directly by our medical team.
What should I do if the test result is inconclusive?
We recommend that you book a new test. Free.
